We require our vendors to bring their own tents and tables, some device to weigh the tents down, if it is a spike it must be no longer than 6 inches.

You will receive an email back from our team within 7 business days with the status of your application.

All markets and events are non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances with exception to our cancellation or rescheduling policy.

A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to submit your application. This fee covers administrative and processing costs and does not guarantee acceptance into the event. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once the application and fee are received, our team will review your submission based on criteria such as product quality, diversity, and alignment with the event theme. You will be notified within 7 business days on the status of your application.

In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule the event, vendors will be notified immediately. All fees remain non-refundable. All fees will then be transferrable to any future event.

We try to work with the area and local news outlets to get as much reach as possible so everyone in the area and outlying areas are made aware of our events.
We also look to social media for promotional opportunities and updates on the events.
That in mind with our vendors whom we ask to help us spread the word and hope that for their interest and ours, they try to reach as much of their own audience as possible to ensure a successful event for everyone involved.
