Young Entrepreneurs Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Young Entrepreneurs Program! By applying for and participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The program is open to individuals aged 25 or under.
1.2. Applicants must fall into one of two categories:
Under 18 Group (ages 17 and under)
18-25 Group (ages 18-25)
1.3. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to join.
2. Program Benefits
2.1. Participants will receive the benefits outlined in the program description, including:
Preferred booth placement at events.
Discounted booth fees (50% for Under 18; 25% for 18-25).
Promotion through the program's website and advertising.
Access to mentorship, networking, and business development resources.
2.2. Benefits are subject to change based on program availability and discretion.
3. Participation Requirements
3.1. Under 18 Group: Participants must commit to participating in at least 1 event per calendar year.
3.2. 18-25 Group: Participants must commit to participating in at least 2 events per calendar year.
3.3. Failure to meet participation requirements may result in removal from the program.
4. Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1. Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all program-related activities.
4.2. Booths and products must comply with local laws, including safety and health regulations.
4.3. Participants are responsible for their own business operations, including compliance with applicable permits, taxes, and insurance.
5. Intellectual Property and Marketing
5.1. By joining the program, participants grant permission for their business name, logo, and images to be used in promotional materials for the program.
5.2. Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property.
6. Fees and Membership
6.1. Membership in the first year is free.
6.2. Subsequent years will require an annual fee, to be determined.
6.3. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the program is canceled by the organizer.
6.4. Membership begins upon acceptance into the program
7. Awards and Recognition
7.1. The program will hold an annual award ceremony to recognize participants in various categories.
7.2. Award criteria will be determined at the discretion of the program organizers.
8. Termination and Removal
8.1. The program organizers reserve the right to remove participants for non-compliance with these terms, including failure to meet participation commitments or inappropriate conduct.
8.2. Participants may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice.
9. Liability
9.1. The program organizers are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during participation in events or program activities.
9.2. Participants are responsible for their own business liabilities, including product safety and customer interactions.
10. Amendments
10.1. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Participants will be notified of any changes in writing.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
